Action search allows to find interactions between any two entities, such as genes or proteins or substances. Try, for instance, bcl or caffeine. All fields in the search form are optional, but at least one value must be filled in.

It is also helpful to lookup a name using Name search form to make sure that it is in database. Similarly, there is an actiontype search to look up the list of all valid action types.
